About The Pink Coffee Party
The Pink Coffee Party is Canada’s first daytime coffee rave — a category-creating event format blending specialty coffee culture, EDM and house music, community wellness, pink fashion, and Pride celebration. Created by Stuart Embree at The Pink Cafe in Cobourg, Ontario, the event is headlined by DJ John Dee, a veteran Toronto club DJ and former owner of Area 51.
The 2nd Annual Pink Coffee Party takes place Saturday, June 20, 2026 — a Pride event open to all. The format is designed to be franchisable and scalable to cities across Canada.
